In that great tournament the buffs did not do enough, they started quite well with 10 turnovers, 10 steals and 17 assists but the failed to make foul shots, they lost Holmes and Carter three to four times.Infact the buffs have lost 14 of their last 15 games, seven of those losses came about as single digits and the other one was a 11-point defeat. This raised questions from its funs, some recommend great lifts and practice for the team, but this has appeared to be of no help since, the team hasn't recorded an improvent in current games.



Basically, there is something much more important than what is expected by their funs. The team hasn't done enough yet. Their coach said that he challenged them before the game, but it just appeared that the buffs didn't take it seriously. he said that they were feeling sorry for themselves after the game especially after the Cory Higgins led them for another time, scoring 27 points and topping in the team with six rebounds.

Colorado appeared to capitalize on a big 12 underachiever when they played Baylor for a one half last month.unfortunately, the buffs succumbed to the tough game allowing a 17 point on the second run.colarado brought out a conference record in the 75-57 defeat in the big 12 road games. They were not prepared but they finally proved their captain wrong, they gained a spark of energy towards the end of the game. This was one surprise that the buffs made despite their consecutive losses.

For now, the buffs cant generate something good to ignite them, the pain of loosing last season have brought down their hopes because of continuous entrenchment in last place. It has brought in difficult times for the team as they embark on a deal to help them improve comes next season. It's with this reason that they have to choose constant practiced improve on their performance next season.

In another match, Higgins led the buffs with 20 points, granting them another pool of disappointment. the game was there for them but it slipped away quite fast when they missed four shots in a row, which could have granted them points in that game. Higgins finally made it leaving them in a throw away loss.

The buffs coach insists that the team has to learn a new way of handling the forty minutes. its all about defense and it is important that the team embarks on a tougher defense as they look forward to the next season.

On the e hand, Coach Greg Brown has sworn to stay with the buffs even with south Florida job offer to become the defensive coordinator for the bulls. Brown turned down the offer, as he promised the buffs to remain with them through thick and thin. This basically gives the buffs renewed hope, even as they prepare to fight on in the next season.
