While in my search for the best home based business Liberty League was one of the first companies I came across. Liberty is known for their personal development products and their fancy luxury resort conferences that they hold each year at various locations around the world.
The question you probably have with Liberty League or any home based business is are they legit? Should you join or look for something else? And are you really going to achieve this kind of dream life that they say you will?
When you've become a member with Liberty League, your role will then be to sell one or all of the 3 personal development products that they carry. The Beyond Freedom program which is $1495. The Liberty League 3 day conference which is $7995. Last the Summit 5 day conference which is 12,995.
After thoroughly investigating Liberty League I decided not to join. Please give me a few seconds here to explain. One reason is when looking into their marketing training I noticed that they were no where close to being 100% internet based. Most of there training involved people using offline methods such as putting up ad's in posters in your neighboring community. This is a internet company right?
Okay the second reason I decided against joining Liberty League is because they weren't 100% automated either. You want a business where you can make money in your sleep. Wouldn't that be awesome? Well the awesome part is that there are actually companies out there now that you can do just that.
The third and biggest reason I said no was because of Liberty League's compensation plan. Liberty League is what is known as a MLM. They will deny it but an MLM company will have three or more levels for there compensation plan and each level will earn you a different amount when you sell that product on that level. Maybe that's a little confusing here but Liberty League has three levels and three different payouts. Research has proven that people that join MLM companies have little to know success.
When I looked deeper into Liberty League I came across legal problems that they had in their past. May 2006, The Arizona Attorney General issued Liberty League a $115,000 fine. In addition to Civil penalties, Attorney fees, and Restitution costs, the defendants were also required by the state to:
1. Refrain from making unsubstantiated income claims. 2. Advise there potential customers of the percentage of participants who have made a profit through the Liberty League program. 3. Refrain from making false or deceptive statements in their marketing materials.
So that's my short but sweet review on Liberty League. My job is to give 3rd party reviews on companies like Liberty League. I help people to find the right company by taking the time to research companies like Liberty League so that you don't have to. As a summary here even though Liberty League has a great concept of marketing personal development products for their business, it's their compensation plan that needs updating and change. There are many newer companies out there that have far superior compensation plans than that of Liberty League.
