The daytime plan for you.
when you wake up in the morning, you should do the three step face clean!
1) Cleanse : Use either a cleanser or warm water with mild soap to clean your face. Then Splash your face with cold water to help boost circulation.
2) Tone : Toning is to clean up the residue which is often left on the skin's surface after cleansing. This left over can disrupt the acid balance and leads to irritation. It also helps skin to regain its natural balance.
3) Moisturise : Third step is to mositure your skin. Our face needs moisture in the same way that our rest of body needs water to stay healthy. Remember to mositure before applying makeup. At night, use a slightly heavier one. You should wait for at least 15 minutes between washing and cleansing your face and applying makeup. This is to give time to your skin to settle. Also don't forget to exercise and fresh air to refresh your tired skin.
The night-time plan for you.
1) Carry out pre-bedtime cleansing tasks! Remove all traces of makeup and cleanse your face throughly, not forgetting the area around the nose and crease of your chin. Our chin builds up dirt and oil.
2) Take a warm balth. Add bath salts will help you to wind down and relax. It is important for our skin to relax.
3) Finally apply moisturiser to your face, neck, chin. Use a night cream if you prefer to keep your skin hydrated.
Start following this easy routine and it should help you to maintain a healthy skin.
