Exercises To Rid Love Handles

In order to lose your love handles for good, you should be able to do the following exercises for at least 3 times a week, at 8 to 12 reps per set. It is important to note that you should be able to do the exercises faster. That is, the pace should be faster, and the resting periods between each set should decrease. This will increase the exercise's intensity, therefore resulting in more fat burned.
For a more systematic approach, you can device a different exercise regimen per day. For example, target your chest, arms and abs every Monday; do aerobics every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday; pay attention to your abs, calves and legs every Wednesday; and workout on your back, shoulders, and abs every Friday. Make sure you do 3 to 4 sets per part at 10 to 12 reps. As time progresses, increase the intensity.
As you perform these exercises to rid love handles, it is important to remember these:
?always warm-up before doing an exercise
?perform stretches for at least 5 minutes so the risk of injury is eliminated or decreased.
?Start slowly and work your way increasingly in Cardio. For beginners, go for 10 minutes on week 1, add 5 minutes after each week until you reach a peak of 45 minutes.
?After weight training, perform light aerobics for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
?drink at least two glasses of water before exercising so you won't get dehydrated. Drink another 2 to 3 glasses within two hours of the session.
?Train each part once a week. Do not overdo it, training each part 3 times a week just worsens the situation. It might also lead to an injury.
?Be sure to have a complete sleep ? at least 8 hours every night. Lack of sleep means less strength and endurance to push through with the exercises.
?As always, eat right! Ditch the pizza and cheeseburger for a healthier alternative. Choose low-carb, low-fat, low-sugar foods such as greens and fruits. Eat high-fiber foods as well, for these help flush out toxins and fats out of your system.
?Monitor your progress. Make detailed record of your body measurements. It would be best if you take them the same time each day. Keep notes because this will determine if you've done the exercises to rid love handles correctly and accurately.
