15000 For Home Buyers
Clint Jhonson
Florida is ranked fourth in total number of foreclosures in the United States. This statistic is most evident when looking at statistics on Miami foreclosures which have increased dramatically since the end of the housing boom. However, some real estate experts are suggesting that buyers turn to a free foreclosure list today so they can take advantage of the reasonable prices before they begin turning upward.
Miami is definitely one of the hotspots in Florida, both for tourism and for residential living. However, the popular city has not been immune to recent housing market problems and that’s led to a marked increase in Miami foreclosures. In fact, the city is tenth highest in total foreclosures in the state with 1 foreclosure for every 62 homes. The increase means finding Florida property that is affordable can be fairly easy for people wanting to relocate or to invest in the real estate market there.
However, some real estate experts are encouraging people who want to take advantage of these Miami foreclosures to start taking action now and looking at a free foreclosure list to identify good available homes for sale. That’s because there are some signs that the city’s housing problems may be reaching a plateau very soon.
According to one CNBC housing expert, Miami foreclosures may be slowing down for a number of reasons. For one, he claims finding Florida property is becoming a bit more challenging in the city. If you look at a free foreclosure list of available properties, you may not see as many available as you would for other parts of the Sunshine State. That’s because the excess property is finally drying up.
Another reason for the change in any free foreclosure list is that the Miami market seems to be ahead of the trends. Whatever happens in the rest of the United States occurs about a year earlier in Miami. That means if Miami foreclosures begin to turn around that could also be a good sign for the rest of the United States. However, that also means eager home buyers and investors interested in finding Florida property need to start searching that free foreclosure list now.
Using a free foreclosure list is one of the best ways of finding Florida property right now. Because the list allows you to see which properties are examples of Miami foreclosures, which are going to be more affordable generally, you can narrow your search to just the most desirable pieces of real estate.
