The former one make the goggles emit a barely-visible ring of red LEDs and see up to 50 feet of complete darkness. The latter enables kids to stay really invisible in the dark so that they could see everyone without anyone seeing them! This is great for hide-and-seek adventures, if it's not considered cheating of course.
