In my opinion, everyone pf us on the Earth, wants to be beautiful, as much, as it possible. It does not mean, that persons appearance depends, only, on how he or she looks like. A big quarter of entertainments gives us an opportunity to achieve the great ambitions in health. For example, physical activities, sports, food and so on.

As I remember, when we were children, all of my classmates in fifth form, visited sport clubs. As for me, I have been going in for football for five years. It is a great chance to save your own health and have a beautiful appearance. Also, I think that it is great, that almost every town in our country gives young people an opportunity to be strong and healthy. So, our Russia is riched in champions in big quantity of sport competitions.

When we say: ?I want to be healthy?, we think, in the first time, how to get around diseases, problems with your organism and how to give up bad habits.

As a patriot, I want see my country, our motherland robust at all. Healthy motherland depends on healthy nation, in the first place.

To be more strong, we should take into account food what we eat, because in a shop we can buy everything, but we should know ? good it or bad for my organism. But, as not every family has a chance to buy a healthy and natural food, it is the problem number one today in our society.

In all, I think that all people should think about their health more and more often. Everyone must stop smoking and give up all bad habits that they have in short period. So, it is very difficult to look great, but our appearance in our hands at all.
