The three day detox diet isn't hard to do because it lasts just 3 days. There are people who actually enjoy doing it. A few variations of the diet can be found so you will have to decide which to follow based on what you want to achieve.
Don't take soda, tea, or coffee for the duration that you are dieting. Avoid junk food, too. It is just a three day diet so it should not be difficult.
Day 1
First thing upon waking up is to drink water. As stated above, water is all you drink during the diet. Some fruit juice is okay but make sure it is fresh.
For breakfast, eat a light wholegrain cereal and fruit. Then, lunch and dinner will consist of vegetables and fresh fish. It is best to either steam or boil your meals. Strenuous exercises are not necessary. A quick thirty minute walk is enough.
Day Two
Your system continues to be detoxified. For breakfast, eat fruits and water. At lunchtime, eat green salad and at dinnertime, eat fish and veggies. As mentioned above, steaming or boiling your dishes is recommended.
Many people have felt light and more energised at this phase of dieting. And bloating will be reduced in the abdomen.
Day 3
Keep eating fruits and water. The accumulated waste material is getting eliminated from the body. Your breakfast, lunch, as well as dinner is the same as the first and second days. However, do not exert too much energy on this day.
