If everyone in your family is older and capable you might want to think about an adventure type vacation. However, if your kids are still young theme parks, beaches, and camping are great ideas. Remember that your vacation doesn't have to be fancy, just has to be something that is age and level appropriate for the whole family. If in doubt, consider the youngest person and their capabilities and go with activities that they can do and everyone else will also enjoy.
