Go on, admit it - you're like every single man out there in that you'd love to have the secret to getting a girl to fall for you quickly and easily. Telling her something like she is hot is not going to do it if you want her to stick around, instead try something like, I love your smile, be specific in your compliments, let her know you are paying attention.

Maybe you're not the guy who always gets the girl, but few are, yet however if you treat a woman like she is a bright, genuine individual and not merely an 'object of desire' or a conquest to be overcome, you will be pleasantly surprised at the level of attention that you receive from women. Women want to know that they're wanted by you, but she doesn't want you to blatantly come out and say it in a crude way. Identify the correct words and use them, and before you know it, you'll get the girl.
