History Of Life Sciences
Brian Garvin
Univera Life Sciences was founded by YunHo Lee, a Korean businessman who suffered poor health until he tried a natural remedy suggested by a friend of his. From there he began to experiment with ethnobotanical formulas and discovered the formula that became the basis of his company. Teaming with Stuart Ochiltree, the former CEO of direct sales for Avon, Univera Life Sciences was born. Offering natural vitamins and fruit drinks, the company is supported by the ECONET family of companies, all dedicated to researching human renewal. The company runs a non-profit charitable organization called Univera Serve First, which provides vitamins and supplements to undernourished children around the world.
The company offers a unique line of vitamin and mineral supplements made from natural ingredients such as green tea and rare mushrooms called Cordyceps sinensis. These products help promote mental clarity and focus, manage stress, and joint comfort and flexibility.
They also offer revitalizing drinks made with natural ingredients like aloe pulp and licorice root. Each product page is laid out on the website with development and serving size information for those customers who must watch their carbohydrate and sugar intake. Univera Life Sciences also has a small line of pet health products and other gifts. Prices for the products are on the shopping list page and seem high compared to similar products that could be purchased at places such as GNC.
Interested prospects can become a Univera Life Sciences associate in one of three ways. They can start out by enrolling as a customer, using the product themselves and then telling their friends and families of the benefits they have received. The Advantage Customer Program allows you to earn points with every order placed.
These points can then be used to redeem free merchandise. Associates enrolling in this plan will also receive exclusive educational information and special promotions. The third option is to become a full associate by signing up for a monthly convenience plan, purchasing the associate kit and selecting the gifting packs you want to use. The associate starter kit is $40.00 and can be obtained by contacting the company. The F.A.Q. section on the website has all of the contact information a prospective associate needs as well as additional answers to common questions.
With the advent of different vitamin companies appearing, Univera Life Sciences products may not be all that unique. If a prospective associate is interested in building their business, the numerous options to start their business is a helpful one, especially if the consumer/associate earns free points for more product.
The product price may deter some customers and an associate should be knowledgeable of the product so that they can recommend the proper items if people have special needs. As the website does not cover training aspects of being an associate, it is unknown if an associate will receive any training or require any special education.
