One can't possibly understand the beauty that lies in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Hilton Head, South Carolina scenery is beyond normal living quality and, with the quantity of things to do, makes the perfect place to both visit and live. I love it and always will. Twelve miles of white sandy beaches bordering the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

The golf courses are part of the beauty in themselves, hosting the ever-popular PGA MCI Heritage Classic along witha few other high-profile events. Hilton Head, South Carolina is home to some of the best golf in the world. All courses run through both thick pines,gorgeous beach overlooks and resort views. Over 300 clay and grass tennis courts, with many being professional also make Hilton Head a hotbed for tennis enthusiasts.

Food is unimaginable on the island. If I had to pick a favorite place to chow down, it would have to be It's Greek To Me for their Spanikopita (if I'm in a hurry) or Michael Anthony's for the duck if I'm dining in. In all honesty, I've never found a place I wouldn't go back to again. With so many varities it's hard to choose a favorite.

Hilton Head nightlife for such a small place has a big city feel combined with rural warmth. Visitors always feel welcome in the clubs. And if your night out doesn't involve dancing, a calming walk on the beach guided by the white of the moon and the sounds of the sea can be just as invigorating.

Riding a bicycle across the island is probably your best bet to experience as much as you can in a day. Under the palm and pine trees, you will embark in the abundant shopping, perfectly crowded beaches, pleasant visitors, and wonderfully designed resorts. You can't move through the island without running into a bicycle path. It can even be the best setting to exchange nuptuals and definitely a great area for the little ones.

With an obsurd amount to do and an obsurd amount to view during a stay, you will just have to come back again and again. Roughly 2 and a half million visitors to the island between May and September can't all be wrong. Hilton Head, South Carolina is one unique island to see and an even better island to live.
