Good news for dance crew fans. The second season of the much celebrated Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew will be returning to television sooner that they expected. With its first season ending last March, where the Jabbawockeez bagged the championship, MTV is now set to launch another batch of talented dance crew to stardom.
Since their winning, the Jabbawockeez has been performing in various shows. They also won the Breakout Performance Award at the East West Players 42nd Anniversary Visionary Awards Dinner last month.
Judges JC Chasez, Lil Mama and Shane Sparks will once again return to the panel together with backstage correspondent Layla Kayleigh and host Mario Lopez.
The first episode is scheduled to air on June 7, where 10 out of 14 finalists will be selected for the weekly competition. Fans will also witness the ?Walk It Out with Jabbawockeez and Shane Sparks? special where the season 1 champions will show off on stage together with the judge. They will also be teaching new moves to the audience and shall be discussing the latest dance steps in the streets and the clubs. Shane Sparks will also give his own dance tutorial.
Dance crew fans are also encouraged to show off their own talent as MTV invites them to submit their own dance videos through Dance.MTV.com. The selected video will be shown weekly at the competition.
All eyes are set to Los Angeles as it will host the first ever elimination on Saturday, followed by ?Walk It Out with Jabbawockeez and Shane Sparks? special.
