A cessation of feeding what you are not, as if it were "you," is what is called for.

That requires your full attention given over to this arising moment right now and for you to stay here with that full attention. It will have you seeing things just as they are - no naming or talking "about" these perceivings.

Then you may well get to see that the one that is looking through your very eyes right now is you - who you truly are. Not a "someone" looking through your eyes but the actual "aliveness" that is flowing through your eyes, that is always right here and everywhere.

It is that in which all things arise. It is you. You have always been here, you always will be. Cease trying to be what you are not and be free as the heart in motion in life.

Great are the blessings when you be who you are, when you realize who you are. The worst offenders to "the throne of who you are" are those who think they know. No matter what "goes down" the "western male mind" has a storyline about it and more often than not this storyline exaggerates the facts around a thousand percent.

However, all it is left with is its mind - the one that you think you are - and the continuity of the same. No being of who you are.

This mind that you think you are which is spinning you a line of how you are "seeing and being" who you are when all that is going on is listening to this mind as if it were true of you, shows itself up with the lack of "heart flow in action" that is the inevitable result of being who you are.

There is nothing to defend with who you are. There is no stand to be made. You are absolutely free of anyone having to go anywhere or do anything - you already are.

Who you think you are cannot get its "nut" around this - no one no where. Only this very moment of now with this "flow of aliveness" that is rolling through the mindbody that is not you.
