If you can't turn your plans into reality you're just a dreamer. Stop being a dreamer and start being an achiever. To do that you will need a plan, and you will need to turn that plan into actions. You have to develop the power to turn plans into actions. You have to develop the ability, strength, and capacity to achieve the success you want. You develop this ability through your own actions and the help you get from others.

When you organize your efforts to turn plans into action you increase your success power. Your plans help you to gain the clarity you need to determine the next actions you need to take. When you know the next actions you need to take you can organize your efforts to make those actions happen.

You may know what you have to do but you may not know how to do it. Enlist the coordinated efforts of others to get the action done when you don't know how to do it yourself. It may be better to have someone else show you how they do it, or it may be better to have someone else do it for you so you can focus on the things you do know how to do. Most people make a big mistake thinking they have to learn how to do everything themselves or that they have to do everything themselves. That can mean that you're wasting precious time and resources making unnecessary trial and error mistakes. Those trial and error mistakes can cost you success. When you don't have the skills to do it yourself you are better off outsourcing or delegating those actions to someone who does know how to take those actions.

Stubbornly holding to having to learn and do everything yourself is similar to deciding to take a trip to somewhere you've never gone before, and refusing to use a map or get directions. Even though you have a general idea where the place you're going is you don't know which roads to take to get there. With enough time and endless resources you could get there.

But do you have unlimited time and resources to get success? I highly doubt that's the case. Everyone has a finite amount of both time and resources. When you use up those resources because you think you have to do everything yourself you come to game over.

When you look at successful people you begin to understand that they realize that success is a game that is played for keeps. No one has endless resources so when you fail you can fail for good because you've used up all of your resources and you don't have a way to get more. Success is never achieved alone. You'll never get there if you insist on getting there by your own skills and knowledge alone.
