During this heart breaking moment, your immediate reaction may be to do whatever you can to try to get your ex back. So, it is sometimes quite unavoidable that you will begin to do something that makes you look desperate in the eye of your ex.

Well, if you are ever in this situation, dont feel bad about it. It is just normal human behavior and it is really hard not for us to make these mistakes when we are in an emotional turmoil.

And you do not need to worry about the mistakes that you have already made. There are still many things you can do to reverse or even improve the situation. What you need to do now is to be aware of these mistakes so that you will not make them again.

So, what are those things that you must avoid doing in order to get your ex back?

Well, we will just look at a few examples here.

1)Dont beg her to come back. She will only want to go away even more. You do not want to appear needy and desperate in front of her.

2)Dont tell her how much you love her. I love you is meant for couples who are still in a good relationship. Now that you have just broken up with your girlfriend, it is not a good time to tell her this. She will only see you as being needy and will simply ignore you.

3)Dont argue about the break up. Arguing is not going to improve the situation and is most probably going to make the situation worse.

4)Dont stalk her. You dont want to be put in an embarrassing situation should you be found out. Perhaps, you may be tempted to do so because you may suspect that she is dating another guy. No matter what, just dont stalk her. It will only make the situation worse.

5)Dont contact her too often. If she didnt answer you phone call, wait a few more days before calling her. Dont call her until she answers the phone. If you pressure her too much, she may feel so irritated that she decided to cut off all contact with you. You certainly dont want that to happen to you.
