Look Who's Looking At Me
Joseph Then
For the sake of those who do not know what distilled water is, I will enlighten you. Distilled water is generally water that is free from impurities, toxins and chemicals. Distilled water is odorless and tasteless.
Truth is, distilled water does not contain any chlorine. This is because during the steaming process, the chlorine is left behind. Amazing? I think so.
So how is distilled water produced? The most common way to make distilled water is by distillation. The process is very simple and it involves boiling, steaming, evaporation and cooling. Yes, it is that simple. When the process is done, all impurities in the water are left behind.
Why is steaming involved? Steam is very much lighter and less dense. This tells us that steam cannot carry the impurities. As soon as the process is complete, the water is safe to be drunk as they are clear of all impurities such as chemicals, toxins and other wastes such as metal.
The method of distillation has been adopted in many cities around the world because it is much more economical than other water purification methods. Not only that it is time saving, itis very much energy saving as well.
Chlorine helps purify water too! But drinking water with chlorine too often will lead to a number of health problems. Distilled water on the other hand can be used on a large scale basis to contain or avoid the occurrence of any water borne diseases.
I am sure you have heard about misconceptions about distilled water. I am sure you have heard of people telling you that distilled water is not good for the body. It is believed by most people that distilled water does not contain enough minerals for the body. Let me tell you this, minerals comes from the food we eat, not from the water we drink.
There is another misconception about distilled water: distilled water can be superheated. Well, what do you think? Let me tell you something: the possibility of distilled water being superheated is the possibility of tap water being superheated too.
What should you do now? I suggest that you should install a home water distiller. There are many benefits of distilled water. Not only it is cheap, there are also many health benefits of distilled water.
So, there you have it. All you need to know about distilled water. Why don't you do yourself and your family a favour and install a water distiller in your home. With that, you can lead a healthy lifestyle!
