The customer is flown to the UK, met at a local airport by a British Beds Worldwide director and then driven to one of the worlds leading bed manufacturer's showroom to spend a while lying on the best or most comfortable beds in the world before making their final choice.

The company started in 2005 by providing this unique service to France when a French representative of Gites de France said to one of the directors, "Bad beds start in France and head south". This observation triggered the creation of a unique service to the rest of Europe and now the World.
