Browsing the Internet, I have come across a special recipe for banana bread with walnuts. And then I suddenly realized. How long was it since I have had any walnuts? A bit too long, if you may ask me. This made me search further on the Internet and see what I could find about those little nutshells. The information provided by the Interned demonstrated to me that our modern living and eating habits have slowly but surely driven away healthy food elements, including the black walnut. Today, we eat a lot of stuff that is completely unhealthy, doing us a lot of damage in the long run.
