Getting top dollar for your home when you need to sell it quickly can be a problem. However, you are not the first person or couple to go through this process. This article will provide ideas and guidance based on experience.

Generally speaking, real estate agents tend to lose interest after the six to eight week mark, and at that point spend most of their time on newer listings. The best source of material is to study the current ads which are running in your market, and pick out the ones which grab your attention. Study these ads to find out why they caught your attention, was it the graphics, photo, text or location which made it stand out. Work with your agent to include these factors in any material which will be used to promote your property.
