For those of us that have firms abs, we know that they are always something to be proud of and if you don't have them, you know how badly you try to hide them come the warm summer seasons when everyone else is baring their midriffs. And although this might not be one hundred percent accurate where getting firm abs is concerned, at least you know that you are doing something in the right direction.
The most important thing to get absolutely, no matter how you go about it though, is that of form. Without the correct form and technique, particularly when you are doing your abdominal exercises, you will not only be opening yourself up to injuries, but you will also be prolonging your chances of getting firm abs.
