Children who love animals, love Hasbro's FurReal Friends Pony, recipient of the 2007 Girl's Toy Of The Year Award. This year, 2008, Hasbro has released a new pony named "Smores". With white and brown coloration, Smores is even prettier that her older sister "butterscotch".

This amazing little pony responds to your voice, "eats" a carrot, whinnies and makes clopping sounds as if it is walking. Kids love to brush her life like fur and sit on her back. She is just short of amazing with her life like interactions with people, and, if you have two, with another FurReal pony! I have found that children much younger than the Hasbro's recommended age of 4 plus enjoy her just as much; you just need to be careful and watch them if they want to sit on her. A sizable number of Hasbro FurReal Friends Pony owners are as young as 2 years old, some even younger. The recommended weight limit for sitting on the pony is 80 lbs. Make sure you pick up 6 "D" batteries, rechargeable are preferred.

Smores is a beautiful addition to a child's room as well. She is so cute that she draws the eye in any room, and has a posture of a real, alert and perky animal. Smores is brown and white, whereas Butterscotch is the color her name implies, butterscotch!

Oh, and don't think that adults don't love Smores too! Grandparents are big buyers of Smores for their grandchildren who visit. As are toy collectors.
