2. Think about the words users would type to find your pages.

This is very important because your site actually should include those words within it. This is all about relevant content. If your website is all about cars, then real estate related phrases will be not for good. It will lower your page rank. Be consistent and you will achieve good results.

3. Make a site with a clear hierarchy and text links.

Google has very simple rule "Every page should be reachable from at least one static text link". I think this what you have to keep in mind. 4. Check for broken links.

7. Offer a site map to your users with links that point to the important parts of your site.
