Government Seized Property Auctions

If seized property is forfeited, the enforcement agency may retain it for official use unless the property is required to be destroyed. A seized property is a property which has been repossessed by a lender or confiscated by a government agency since the owners defaulted on mortgage payments or convicted of a crime. If necessary, the seized property is auctioned.
