It is the untold truth and wish of each girl in the world to have a beautiful glowing skin and healthy, lively hair. Some inherit the spotless skin and beautiful hair from their parents while some undergo many painful, lengthy and expensive treatments to achieve them. Many beauty and are commercially available for toning up the skin and softening the hair. But of all these products, very few give striking results.
A problematic skin will have various problems like acne, blackheads and whiteheads. These problems mainly occur due stress, wrong skin products, irregular cleaning, and excessive oil secretions etc. Similarly a problematic hair will face problems like splits, hair fall, dandruff and graying. These problems can be solved easily with the help of the basic skin and hair requirements given below.
1.Sleep: Dull, pale, complexions with lines or prominent dark circles are the signs of a skin lacking of good and sound sleep. Premature hair fall and breakage are also caused due to the lack of sleep. A healthy skin and hair thus requires a good sleep.
2.Cleaning: The skin gets affected easily by the pollution in the environment, dirt and the applied make up. Thus before going to bed, it is advisable to wash your face with a good facewash for removing the oils and the dirt. Also the skin should be thoroughly cleaned frequently to remove the dead cells layering on the skin. The regular exfoliation of the skin thus gives a radiant skin free from excess oil and the dead cuticles. Similarly the hairs should be washed every 2-3 days to protect the hairs from dust and pollution. Washing the hairs should be followed by proper conditioning to soften them.
3.Protection: The skin needs protection from the direct rays of the sun, pollution and anti-ageing. Thus to protect the skin from them a good quality SPF consisting product should be applied on the skin. Thus the moisturizers, foundations, and body lotions should preferably have this SPF. Good quality make up products should be used to protect the skin from the harmful elements. The products and their ingredients should be carefully read and understood before using them for a healthy skin. The products used for hair treatments should also be selected such that they protect the hair instead of damaging them. Hair might even get damaged if hair dryers and the straightners are used very often.
4.Moisturizing: To have a soft and tender skin feels very good. Similarly soft silky and tangle free hair also makes us feel good. Thus the skin and hair should be regularly moisturized using good body lotions and conditioners for the hair.
5.Drawing and squeezing: In case of pimples and blackheads the skin should not be touched much nor squeezed. This may spread the pimples even further and sometimes even leave back scars. Also the grey hairs on the scalp should not be pulled as they may cause the surrounding hairs to also grey.
6.Addictions: The skin and hair are very sensitive to pollution and addictions like smoking and drugs. Thus the high dosages of medications and drugs cause excessive hair fall. It is also believed that smoking ages the skin and causes wrinkles on the skin.
7.Diet: The most important need for having good healthy and shining skin and hair is to have a proper balanced diet. Fruits rich in citric acid should be taken in for problem free skin. Similarly food rich in protein is necessary for the skin and hair.
Thus to achieve good skin and hair these mentioned tips should be followed. They are very friendly and normal tips that can be easily followed.
