Before I say anything, let me tell you a little about my background. My name is Jo Peritan, I am 24 years old and live in a one bed flat in South Arizona. I am a computer programmer who has always been into computer games and technology. As you can imagine, I was labelled a 'geek' at school - not because I loved computers... but because I was always the shortest in my class, throughout my high school life and onwards. So you're probably wondering what I did then? Ok, well in no particular order I tried the following:

Hanging upside down (No Kidding!)

Eating more

Swimming

Running

Stretching

(and many many more!)

Did it work? Well I don't think so... Don't get me wrong it was fun trying them all out, but it was just a waste of time. So what did I do? Well just like what anyone would do...when they have searched so long for something with no success you give up! Well that's what I did anyway.

A couple of weeks later I received an email from a friend of mine with a link (which I will tell you about later). I met this guy from a forum I went on for short people who looking for advice. He told me he followed this diet plan and he was already seeing results in 2 weeks!

I decided to give it a try and see what happened... no harm right? So I tried it and guess what THE RESULTS WERE AMAZING!
