By the time you finish reading this, you will be on your way to start taking action on getting rid of bad breath. Having a bad breath is really an unpleasant thing to happen to you. Can you blame other people because you have this problem? No. The reason you are having a bad breath is entirely on you and you only have to blame yourself.
Getting rid of bad breath is not as difficult like quitting smoking. Bad breath occurs because of the things or foods you eat. You may not realize this but sometimes your favorite food is one of the cause you are having such a smelly breath. So what is the food you should reduce to get your fresh smell back? Try to reduce food with high protein.
Also, do not eat onions and garlic to often since this can only bring trouble to you at the later end. Eat fresh vegetables a lot as this will aid to reduce the bad breath and plus, vegetables are good for your health. Ever wonder why your mom ask you to eat lots of vegetables when you were child?
You may not know this but by drinking a lot of plain water can really help you in getting rid of bad breath. Study has shown that a normal adult human being should drink at least 1.5 liters or 8 glasses of water per day.
Since you will be drinking anyway, why not change the habit of drinking coffee, wine, milk and so on with plain water. You might be wondering what does water actually do? It can cleanse your mouth and dissolve anything that are stuck at your teeth into your stomach.
What is the routine activity you do when you wake up early in the morning? You guess it, brushing teeth. Just forget about doing anything else that can aid you in getting rid of bad breath if you are not brushing your teeth before you go out for work.
To have a fresh breath all the time, it is best to brush your teeth in the morning, after every heavy meals and at night. Make sure the toothpaste you use has the cavity protection.
To protect your teeth even further, use some mouthwash and gaggle it for 30 seconds or 1 minute depending on your level of bad breath. Mouthwash is a good cleaning product because it can kill the plaque that brushing alone cannot reach.
If you are serious in getting rid of bad breath, you will have to start taking action right away. Bad breath will not simply vanish like fever, cough or flu without any treatments. You will have to make it happen yourself.
