You must be patient. It is better to take the weight off safely and slowly and KEEP IT OFF than do one of these crazy grapefruit diets and lose the weight and put it back on as soon as you eat solid food again.
Each time you the TV on you will see weight loss advertisements. You will read and hear promises of huge weight loss. Do not fall for it!
Let's face it. You and I want to get the fat off very quickly - and having that thought is not wrong - but it's the wrong approach.
