Well, I would highly suggest sex - It burns ALOT of calories!
Another good thing would be running for up to 1 hour a day (depending on your age).
Playing sports is good aswel! (it also depends on your age and speed).

I HIGHLY suggest 60 or under. If you are over 60, you may be risking your life!
