How To Get Rid Of Dark
Alien
Dark circles under the eyes are an extremely common and distressing issue. Dark circles make you look older, tired, stressed, sick, depressed and just plain bad. When blood passes through the large veins close to the surface of the skin it can produce a bluish tint.
Dark circles make you look older, tired, stressed, sick, depressed and just plain bad. Three things contribute to dark rings under the eyes :-
? an inherited tendency
? natural aging processes
? lack of sleep
Causes of Dark circles
Dark circles under the eyes are common but usually not permanent. They're often due to temporary changes in the blood vessels under the eyes. The skin and the muscles that enclose the upper and lower eyelids loseelasticity can result in the underlying fat to bulge out. Other causes of under-eye bags and puffiness are genetics, lack of sleep and allergies. Puffiness from fluid retention, weather or hormone levels are the most
common culprits and can be addressed with topical care.
Dark circles are also caused by chronic sinus infections, recurrent colds, or blockage of the nose by large adenoids. (If the dark circles are caused by large adenoids, your child probably breathes mostly through his mouth instead of his nose.) Dark circles under the eyes are especially noticeable in children with fair complexions.
While dark circles under the eyes may be a bothersome cosmetic problem, they're very common and generally aren't considered too much of a health hazard.
Home remedies get rid of dark circles
*Apply a paste of lemon juice, tomato puree, orange lentil flour (masoor dal ) and turmeric powder (if you are not allergic to it) on under eye dark circles. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off.
*To reduce the puffiness and dark circles of the eyes apply freezed cucumber juice.
Almond oil is considered best in removing the dark circles. Massage the area with the oil at night before going to bed.
*Application of cream with vitamin E and C also helps in reducing the dark circles.
