In present time there is no issue of searching a food as it was in ancient times. Nor even we eat at times when we are hungry so no need to wait for our body to give signals. Our ancestor did not eat until the time when they were really hungry, but we eat many times without being hungry. Thus our ancestors didn't find obesity a problem as we are taking thousand steps one such is no diet to avoid it.
To really get something from no diet to loose weight just start listening to your body signals. As Hoodia Gordonii fools your brain into believing that you are full or not hungry although you did not eat a small amount of eatable thing.
