Anti Aging Product Reviews
Betty Wolfe
When we are in our 20's and 30's we don't realize, or accept, that aging begins when we enter the world, and that we will endure the effects based on our lifestyles such as:
Overexposure to the sun without proper protection
Eating habits
Lack of sleep
Alcohol
Smoking
Selecting a appropriate anti aging skin care system before we have fine lines and wrinkles
The signs of aging start to become noticeable in our 20's.  The loss of skin firmness and elasticity begin to occur.  As skin becomes less elastic, it also becomes drier and our underlying fat padding starts to disappear.  Later, we get wrinkles and the bags under our eyes form.
Do you know what's in the products you are using?  Do you know what products work best for your skin type?
Becoming aware of how products affect your skin will help you determine the best anti aging skin care system for your skin type.
Some of the manufacturers of more pricy products will try to deceive the public by adding some of the really good active ingredients. Which is great.  But wait, they are only including them so that they can legally list them on the product label, and most importantly, they are not including enough of these active ingredients to have a real benefit for your skin.
In reviewing these 4 active ingredients I found the following benefits:
Fact 1 - Collagen
Collagen was the most widely used product I found during my anti aging skin care review.  Collagen is used by marketers to sell skin care cream and body creams.  That is all they are, just creams, they do nothing for the protection of your skin.
Collagen molecules are much too large to penetrate into the skin when applied topically.
To be effective in fighting anti aging skin care, you must purchase products with ingredients that have been shown to stimulate your body's own collagen production.
Fact 2 -  Mineral Oil
Mineral oil is a liquid paraffin wax which coats the skin to keep in moisture.  It clogs the pores and interferes with the skin's ability to eliminate toxins.  If your skin cannot breathe and eliminate toxins, acne and other disorders are encouraged.
Skin care manufacturers who use mineral oil in their products do so because it is cheap.
Fact 3 - Cynergy TK
Cynergy TK is unique, and is a patented form of 'bio-active' functional keratin.  Keratin is a natural substance which is extracted from the wool of New Zealand sheep.  Keratin is a protein found throughout the body and plays a vital role in the skin.
Studies have shown thatCynergy TK it reduces fines lines and wrinkles,  as well stimulates the re-growth of collagen and elastin.  As new growth begins, your wrinkles start to disappear and your skin regains a youthful glow.
Fact 4 - Phytessence Wakame
Phytessence Wakeme is a powerful antioxidant derived from Japanese sea kelp.  Wakame inhibits hyaluonidase, which breaks down acid in the skin.  Without hyaluronic acid, the elastin and collagen fibers lose their 'glue,' which leads to the loss of youthful appearance and dark eye circles.
If you have never heard of these anti aging skin care ingredients, it's because the big marketers are not selling the products with these active ingredients.  They are spending large dollars promoting products made with cheaper ingredients in nice jars, presented by celebrities, so that they can sell in large volumes.  They are not spending the large dollars on research and active ingredients.
Your next step?  As with any anti aging skin care review, take what you have just learned and spend some time comparing the ingredients included in your
Now you have more information when selecting the products that are right for you, your skin type, and your budget.
