(2) Divide your study periods into small, short-range projects.
(a) Set up small specific projects like, "I'm going to study my biology from 3 PM to 4 PM. Or else you will be setting yourself up to fall short.
(b) Set a accessible homework goal for the quantity of time you are able to set aside. For example: finish reading chapter fifteen in my Trig text, or complete a rough draft of my biology paper, etc. Set your goal when you you are ready to start studying but before you actually begin.
