How To Feel Great

New exercise: If you have spent time to do work-ups to keep yourself fit, you need to maintain this. But in order to do away with routine, you will need to introduce new exercises every once in a while to keep your muscle balanced. If you only stick to one exercise, chances are you will only develop a certain group of muscles and will neglect all the rest. So in order to work up all muscles, you will need to switch from one exercise to another perhaps every six weeks.
Take control: Learn about how your body works and learn to take care each and everything about it. If it takes to write down every menstrual cycle that you have then so be it. List down all the questions you have about your body and try searching for all the answers. This is how you take control. It just doesn't happen. You practice a lot and will do whatever it takes to achieve this.
Sleep: As much as possible get enough sleep when you can. Do not sacrifice sleep for some TV matters or other petty stuffs for that matter. Getting enough sleep does not only give you a healthy lifestyle but will improve every aspect in your life as well.
Never hold a grudge: Whatever life has brought your way, you should never hold a grudge against someone. This is not only because it is not a good feeling but also because it is a heavy burden to carry which will result to depression, affliction to moods and will eventually affect your physical as well as your mental and spiritual health. Whatever you feel, you have to let it all out than keep them bottled inside yourself.
Bone power: It is just but right to keep your bones healthy. To do this you will need calcium that will answer to your daily needs. Broken bones will never ever keep you beautiful, healthy and great. You have to be healthy inside and out to do that.
Never smoke: It only needs a few sticks to get you addicted on smoking. And before you knew it you are already hooked to it much later than when you decide about quitting. You have to remember that quitting from something you've already gotten used is always hard work. So before you even start, consider quitting the thought already.
Make friends: Your friends are your greatest source of self-esteem other than your family. They are the people who can help you fight stress by sharing simple things like a good laugh. One friend is never enough, perhaps that is the reason why we need many of them. They boost not only your confidence but will also make you feel great at the same time.
Family time: Do not wait for occasions to have a get-together with your family. People who have meals with their family tend to have more self-improvement than those who doesn't. Also family is a source of healthy food served at the table than when you spend time with your friends at the malls.
Time for yourself: Whatever you do, no matter how hectic your life must be, it is important to take it all easy and take time for yourself. It is not at all bad if you become selfish once in a while. That is your life and body after all and you need to take care of it.
There are so much more that we can do in this lifetime to improve whatever has to improve and to become a better man today than we are yesterday. All we have to do is discover them in this lifetime's journey.
