I have had a best friend of thirty years and he was having a tough time at his job. He had been working for a pepper plat for about thirty years and was pretty happy. He was the head maintenance man in charge of keeping the equipment running.

He worked in his own little shop doing welding and fabrication to keep the machines running. He loved going to his job everyday knowing that it was an important one for the company. Along with that he also got plenty of respect from his peers having one of the highest positions in the company.

The money was not bad but also wasn't that great either. With his wife's income he has always been able to do the things that he loves to do. But all of a sudden all of that changed.

The company had suddenly been taken over by a new owner. He figured the company would do a lot better if he tightened down on the employees. One of the first things he did was to implement many new policies.

No longer could they talk to each other while on the clock or do anything else that generally makes people comfortable while they are at work. The next step was to have supervisors constantly watching over employees like a warden. Know one felt comfortable with this and all the moral went right out the window.

Employees that have been there for years started to leave and find new jobs. The final straw for my friend was when they installed cameras throughout the entire building. For months he had been telling about what was going on there and how unhappy he was becoming.

He told me about the cameras one weekend we got together to watch the fights. He said he had enough of what was going on there and that he was open to whatever would get him out. He also new that a couple months before that I had started a home business.

So he asked me about it and wanted to know if it was possible for him to do the same thing. I told him that it was and he could start it while working his present job. He took a look at my business and decided to give it a go.

It was fout months ago since he left that job and now he is happy making five figures a month! It's very satifying when your best friend thanks you for helping him get out of a bad situation.
