4. Send it back to Microsoft. When I had to fix my xbox I sent it back to Microsoft. It was a frustrating ordeal because I lost access to my favourite games for almost two months. I cost me $30 to send and I had to pay $140 repair bill since the 90 warranty had expired. I would not recommend this approach.
