Symptoms of panic attack are numerous but include:
- Severe sweating
- Shortness of breath
- Racing heart
- Terrifying thoughts

- Feeling of impending doom

Most panic attack symptoms last for around ten minutes. That can however, last as little 5 minutes. Typically, other psychological disorders are present with panic attacks.
