(1) Remain Social and Stay Active

This will prevent depression and will help you deal with the difficulties of the divorce. By becoming physically fit and active, you also become more confident. When you are confident, you start to think clearly than if you are depressed. Go out with your friends regularly so they can encourage you to pursue your ex-wife.
