In my opinion, email marketing is by far the most powerful type of promotion available to anyone looking to earn an income from home. It's free (apart from paying for your autoresponder fees, which are in most cases less than $20 per month) and if you can manage to create a list of 10,000 people, you'll literally never have to work again.
There is no better time to start building your very own email list right now, however the thing that stops most people is that it can be a long and boring process before you start seeing results -- though in this article I'm going to share with you how you can easily generate 1,000+ subscribers (and possibly loads more) every single month.
While it may sound simple, my big secret is to simply write high-quality articles and submit to article directories.
"What? Writing articles gets you subscribers?" Well, keep reading and you'll learn exactly how this is done.
The fact is that every single article directory out there allow you to place a resource box at the bottom of every article you submit and you're allowed to place a link or two to some of your sites in this box, meaning you can drive visitors reading your articles to your website.
Now while this may get you a few subscribers here and there, it's not really going to give you the bigtime subscriber signups that are going to give you a massive list.
However, article directories also allow online magazines, or "Ezines", to post your articles on their sites, providing of course that they keep your resource box (with the links to your site) in tact on their site -- this is where you'll get a load of subscribers from.
All you need to do is to make certain you've got a blog or website in place that has your autoresponder sign-up form on it to enable people to get on your list, either embedded in the page, or as a Javascript pop-over which appears over the page itself. Then begin writing articles, ensuring that the link to this page is in your resource box.
When it comes to the articles themselves, ensure you're not writing crud content, that is, poorly-written articles that have little or no good content in them. While some people swear by article marketing where you simply write as many articles you can, writing articles in this fashion will not attract the attention of Ezines who will publish your articles.
If you're not an extremely skilled writer you don't have to stress too much and just do the best job you can. Providing you are providing great content, you will do just fine.
And that's it! Using this method I manage around 3,500 new subscribers every month doing nothing but writing articles. If you can achieve even a tiny fraction of this, you'll be doing just fine.
