Breaking up can be very emotionally devastating for a woman and very often, the only question that occupies your mind is "How can i get my ex boyfriend back?"

Unfortunately, when women are under this negative emotional state, they will usually do the wrong things that will push their boyfriends further away from them.

Don't ever try to contact him several times per day, especially when you have just broken up. It doesn't matter whether you are calling him or text messaging him. By doing so, you are giving him lots of pressure and that will make him wants to avoid you more.

Furthermore, when you have just broken up, you are not in a positive emotional state. It is unlikely that you will be able to say anything appropriate. You might even spurt something out that makes the situation worse. Therefore, it is wise to avoid any contact initially.

2)Don't settle for anything less

You deserve to be loved just like anyone else. Just because you want to get back your boyfriend doesn't mean you should compromise yourself. You should avoid saying things like "As long as your back with me, I will agree with anything" or any similar phrases.

This is because you are actually giving away your power and actually telling him that you need him. In fact, this might make matter worse and makes him want to run away. Even if you managed to salvage your relationship under this situation, he is not going to have any respect for you in the future.

3)Don't create coincidence

You know he will pass by DEF building on Friday and you intentionally wait for him there. You can pretend that this is a coincidence but it is unlikely to work. He will be able to see through your ploy. So avoid all temptation to do that.
