Culture as such is associated with the general psychology of our society and school forms a part of the same. With changing times, we have seen change in the culture and technology has made that change very apparent and visible.

This has set a section of school administrators thinking on the subject of school carrying book loads and the more important topic of HOME WORK. Some schools have come up with the idea of scrapping the homework entirely. One such school taking the first step in this direction is "Nottingum East Academy" of Uk.which has around 3600 pupils. While they have abolished the homework, the school timing has been increased by an hour or so, to accommodate more studies and extra circular activities. This in turn has resulted in lesser tension for parents who had no time to take the kids out. At the same time, parents will not mind extra school hours.

Internet and its related technologies have been a boon for every school and it has brought many changes in its culture. School outlook has changed everywhere as the same has become more open and receptive to what others are doing in this field, across the world. The IT enabled research has opened the doors to access any kind of information, which was not available earlier.
