There are a lot of good books out there that will help you to get an in depth knowledge of the field. Remember, like any other field, real estate too has a lot of hype and it is not always goody goodies when you get into this field. If you are looking for rental income then you need to be prepared to face the hassles of being a landlord. This is not the easiest thing to do. There are certain courses available which might help you gain a lot of knowledge. But there is nothing like on the job training. Once again, seek information from a reputed source only.
