For instance, just consider when it's early morning on a work day and you have to be to work within the next 45 minutes and you're already running behind and then just as you're ready to run out the door you realize that you cannot find your car keys anywhere. Suddenly you go into a panic. The frustration begins to grow. The stress that you were feeling is suddenly magnified by a factor of five. And now your day is off to a rotten start that will probably never correct itself.
On the other hand, if you have been active in utilizing important techniques for optimizing your memory you'll naturally discover that things go a whole lot smoother for you in the morning. Not only do you remember where their car keys are what you've already banned in tune with the clothing that you have available in your closet and don't waste time picking out an outfit for the day because you instantaneously know what you want to wear.

Perhaps the best thing I can offer you in this limited space is that you jump into action regarding improving your memory. You need to learn effective techniques of memory management and put them into effect. Practice. Practice. Practice. Don't just wish that you had a better memory. Instead, make it real that you do have a better memory.
