Healthy skin is largely due your liver and colon working properly to eliminate waste and toxins. When these organs function effectively and are not flooded with poisons your skin will look and feel subtle and smooth. Although hormones and genetics play a part in in skin health many people can have younger looking skin by cleaning their colon regularly.
You don't need to spend the week at a five start spa to get dramatic results. Your skin is the largest organ in your body. Therefore it can absorb and release unwanted waste over a very large surface. Part of your skins function is to release toxins.
