My friend went to our local Helio store to buy her Helio Ocean, and paid $200. It didn't sound like such a bad deal, considering all the things you can do with it. After seeing Katie's Helio Ocean, I knew I had to buy one, but wasn't sure where to buy the Helio Ocean for less than what Katie paid.
So I got on the internet and within a minute, I found a Helio Ocean Dealer outside of Sacramento California with the name Amplified Wireless ( HelioCellular.com ) I called and got a hold of James, the owner of the Helio store. He was so helpful and knew everything about the Helio Ocean.
I let him know my friend had just purchased the Ocean, and that I was really impressed by all it could do. In retrospect, I know it probably wasn't the smartest thing to let him know how excited I was. James asked, ?Where did your friend buy the Helio Ocean? And how much did she pay?? So I told him. Then he said something I couldn't believe?
He told me to take a few minutes to shop for the best price on the internet. And he would beat any Helio Ocean deal I could find?.by twenty bucks!! I was ready to buy the Helio Ocean at that very moment, but heck, save an additional $20?? So I did what James said. I found several Helio websites and came across where a dealer was selling the Helio Ocean for only $99. (I'm sure there was some kind of hidden charge or something strange). So I called James back.
So I messed around with him, and said, ?AH HA!! Beat THIS deal I just found!? He said to give him a minute to verify the dealer was an Authorized Helio Ocean Dealer.
James got back on the line and said, they were indeed an Authorized Helio Dealer in Texas, and that he would honor his low price guarantee. I couldn't believe my ears!! James let me buy my Helio Ocean for $79 which was $121 less than what my friend Katie paid!! James sent my Helio Ocean FedEx within 5 hours of me ordering it.
Now I have my Helio Ocean and just LOVE the heck out of it! But I must say, I even love the service more that James at HelioCellular provided me. I hope people are reading this, if you buy your Helio Ocean from James at HelioCellular.com you will be an extremely satisfied customer. He is really nice!
