No matter what people's situation is they wonder what is the cure for worry and anxiety as they are plagued with it. For many of us, even though our lives can be quite stable and predictable, it seems that it can change in a blink of an eye.

Those people who drink often are often plagues with other worries as well that only add to their concerns. Usually they spend a lot of money on alcohol which in turn is off their other bills and providing their familes gets more and more difficult.
Many times they say or do stupid things and dangerous things when they are drunk. They might hurt someone. The cure for worry and anxiety they thought was in that bottle has proven to be a false sense of security and well being and usually it makes their situation worse than it was before.

There are many areas that offer free mental health and other types of counceling. It may not seem very glamorous and hop, but it can certainly be more effective and will not leave you with worse problems that you begin with.
