Fasting is one of the most well known methods used for quick

1. Choose your snacks carefully: Snacking is not bad, as

sticks, or almond butter for your snacks, then it can be
called healthy. Also, indulge in some physical activities
after you finish snacking. I don't mean that you have to hit
the gym; just do some household chores, take a walk around
your house, etc. and that would be more than enough!
2. Drink lots of water: Almost eighty-three per cent of our
body is composed of nothing but water. Since water is such
an important part of our body, it only makes sense to make
sure that you drink enough water every day. An adult is
required to drink at least eight glasses of water per day.

water's job is to flush out these toxins through your
