Viva Alcudia Sun Village
John Tom Maksviller
They tailor-make packages to insure the cheapest deals are always had, making holidays both affordable and easy. The fact that money is saved means that better quality accommodation is always involved in the equation and holidays become that much more enjoyable. As a family of 5, with 3 children ranging from 7 to 13 we were looking for something that would suit the whole family. Having been here before we knew it would suit us down to the ground, our travel adviser at Fleetway Travel also advised us that this hotel would probably suit us more than any others in the area.
We knew we didn't really want to be in the thick of things, central Alcudia wouldn't have suited us at all, yet every now and then on a summer holiday we like to head into commercialism. Staying at the Viva Alcudia Sun Village was the perfect compromise! We had a two bedroom apartment which was ample for the family, the rooms were really clean and the bathroom was huge! There was a small kitchenette is the apartment which was absolutely fine for the nights we stayed in.
We found our selves eating out the majority of the time however, lots of restaurants were just a stones throw from the hotel offering great value and many international menus. The kids club was a bonus for us, I didn't think that any of my 3 would fancy it, but they proved me wrong and had the time of their lives. When they weren't at club they were playing in the pool with their friends and enjoying the many facilities that the hotel had to offer. Being located in Playa de Muro also meant that there was a safe beach just minutes from the hotel, which was our favourite place as a family!
We visited the beach at Alcudia and found it really over crowded, the beach and Play de Moro seemed like another world. The hotel was also located near to the harbour, regular boat trips were on often and make for great days out. We also didn't feel the need to hire a car as most of the amenities we were after were in walking distance, this saved us a small fortune overall.
I can't thank Fleetway Travel enough booking our holiday efficiently and cheaply. The holiday ran smoothly from beginning to end, there were absolutely no hiccups along the way. The service I received when I book with tip-top to, I will definitely be using them again.
