Form G-325A Biographic Data Sheet is required for both you and your fianc?. These forms must be original and in quadruplicate. The person completing the form must sign each original. In addition, your fianc? must spell her name in her native language on the form, which most likely will be in Cyrillic letters.
Since it takes a lot of time to send and return documents to and from the US (two to three weeks each way) and considering the problems with Post Offices in CIS countries (remember to send all your mail registered mail), it makes a lot of sense to?
Take a number of these Form G-325A Biographic Data Sheets with you so that you can have your fianc? fill them out while you are there with her.
Obviously, you can't have every woman you meet fill out these forms. However, it will speed up the processing of your application dramatically if you have her complete and sign the forms while you are there, than to try and collect them later.
Usually the marriage agencies or tour companies that you use can assist you in this process.
Have her complete eight originals, just in case some get lost and just in case you need some extra forms later. Do not date them. You will add the dates later.
You can then bring them home with you when you return from your trip.
