You can really have some fun here. Consider preparing a special dinner just for the two of you. Make it romantic, since morning sickness may put a crimp on future evenings. Hand him a present with a little bib that says "I Love My Daddy".
You might also want to do something a little different like going out and buying some small baby items. Things like a pair of booties or a baby bottle, and leave them around the house. You know he will see them and begin to wonder what is going on.
If he is out of town on business or serving in the armed forces, you can mail off a care package with some of the same baby items in it. You can even include a note asking him to give the baby a name.
Family/Friends
Go out and purchase a t-shirt that says "I Love My Grandma", or grandpa. They will treasure it. Put up a sign in your car or a bumper sticker that says "Caution - Baby On Board".
You could get a slogan like that on a t-shirt and wear it to your next family get together. That will give everyone something to talk about over dinner.
Have some fun announcing your pregnancy. It's not every day that you get pregnant, so go out and give people a pleasant surprise that they will remember forever.
